FAQ — Zurich Transfer
Terminal E: where exactly?
Terminal E (Dock E) is for intercontinental flights only. After customs, follow the “Exit” signs. We’ll be waiting with a sign showing your name right after the automatic doors. If you’re arriving from Terminal 1 or 2 (European flights), the meeting point is at Parking P2, Arrivals level — we’ll send you GPS coordinates via WhatsApp.
Can I work during the trip?
Yes. Our Toyota bZ4X is equipped with USB-C ports, a Qi wireless charger and 4G connectivity. Shareable personal WiFi. Foldable tray table for rear passengers.
Can the trip include a break?
Yes, on request when booking. A 15-minute break at the Gruyère rest area (coffee, restrooms, stretch) is included at no extra charge. A restaurant break (45 min) is available on request, with a surcharge.
Can you transport golf or ski equipment?
Yes. Our bZ4X’s XL trunk fits 2 golf bags or 4 pairs of skis plus 4 suitcases. Let us know when booking so we can arrange an external ski rack if needed.
